Changes to Reproduction Services

About the Archives of Ontario - Side Banner      

In our continuing efforts to provide the most efficient and cost effective customer service, the Archives of Ontario is changing our reproduction services.

Beginning November 1st, 2007, the 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM photocopying service in the Main Reading Room will no longer be available.  This will allow us to streamline our reproduction activities to reduce our processing time and better meet our regular service standards.

Researchers are encouraged to take advantage of either our REGULAR or RUSH photocopying services that will continue in the same manner.

If you have any questions concerning our reproduction services, please speak to one of our reference staff or, if you have a comment about our services, please either contact Jayne Best, Senior Manager – Customer Preservation Services at 416-327-1547 or use our feedback form at Security Desk in the Main Reading Room and on our website.  If you wish, you may also direct your comments to: reference@ontario.ca.
