The Archives of Ontario’s collection includes nearly 2 million photographs of the people, places and events that make up our shared heritage.

Now, for the first time, some of these unique and important images are available as high-quality note cards. Send a piece of Ontario’s history!

You can select from 10 different images and cards are available in boxes of 10, 25 or 100. Cards can also be ordered in variety packs. Envelopes are included.

Payment Policy An invoice will be mailed when the order is ready to ship (for all non-pick-up orders). Orders will be mailed to the customer upon receipt of payment in full. Invoices are due upon receipt. If no payment is received within 30 days, the order will be cancelled. Payment may be made in cash (Canadian dollars) and by debit card in person only. Personal cheque or money order (Canadian dollars) made out to “Minister of Finance” accepted in person or by mail. Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted in person or by telephone, or through the secure website found at the bottom of your invoice. Payments processed by credit card and subsequently declined by the cardholder will be invoiced directly to the customer. Customers who are picking up their orders will be called or notified by mail when their orders are ready. Orders being picked up must be paid for in full at time of pickup. Ontario Government ministries and scheduled Agencies may use their Government Purchasing Card, use journal entry or issue purchase orders to cover the costs of their invoices/charges. Note: Goods and Services Tax (GST) does not apply to Government orders. Postage and Handling Fees Please note that a $5.00 postage and handling fee will be added to each order.
