At the Archives of Ontario, students will experience moments that bring the past closer to the present and connect them to Ontario’s ancestors, heroes and storytellers. That feeling of discovery is what makes the Archives of Ontario such a unique and captivating place for students. Here, students can explore the history of their entire province in a way that stretches beyond a textbook or a family attic; all through the eyes of the people who made that history.
Educational programming at the Archives of Ontario is tailored to the Ontario curriculum, is free of charge, and is a unique opportunity to students to touch a piece of the past. All programming is led by experienced educators who are passionate about teaching students the rich stories held at the Archives.
