Judicial Decisions

In 2016, three women all represented by one lawyer, raised objections to the processes and rules used by the Commission. The Divisional Court looked at the applications brought by these women and found in favour of the Commission. In this decision, the Court carefully examined the procedures and rules governing the Commission, as well as the resources available to affected persons. The Court did not express any concerns about the manner in which the Commission has done its work to date.
