The Inquiry Team The Commissioner Mr. Justice Archie Campbell, a judge of the Superior Court of Justice, was appointed to the bench in 1986. From 1993 to 1996 he was Regional Senior Justice of the Ontario Court (General Division) for the Toronto Region. Prior to that he served as Deputy Attorney General for Ontario.
