and does not post all of them on its website. The Commissions posts
selected submissions, or excerpts of submissions, for a limited time
according to their scope and substance, and their relevance to Part II of
the Inquiry. The submissions reflect the views of their authors and not those of the
Commission.
All submissions we receive form part of the public record of the Inquiry and are available
