View of the Dining Room at Government House (1867-1912), 1912
Portraits of Lieutenant Governors painted (many posthumously) by
George Theodore Berthon (1806-1892) can be seen gracing the dining room
wall on the occasion of the last state dinner held there on April 29, 1912.
